TASC, Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities, seeks a full-time Administrator to oversee the Bridge to Home housing program operations. Starting salary is $60,000–$70,000, contingent on experience and education.

The Administrator will supervise five or more staff, manage information systems and reporting, and collaborate with the Director of Housing to align services with agency goals across a broad geographic area.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Active Illinois licensure is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of management/supervisory experience in human services.
• Ability to develop workflows and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housing program operations to ensure compliance and quality.
• Monitor program performance against standards and contractual obligations.
• Assist in budget development and contract deliverables.
• Maintain program information systems and reporting.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team across a large geographic area.
