Job summary

Homeward Trust is seeking a Senior Manager, Community Programs to provide strategic leadership across funded programs, focusing on contract performance, evaluation, and program standards. The role partners with the CEO and funders to advance housing initiatives and ensure compliance.

The Senior Manager will guide cross-functional teams, support Indigenous commitments, and drive knowledge mobilization while shaping performance metrics and risk management for Homeward Trust.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a related field with focus on vulnerable populations.
• Minimum 3 years of related program management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in homelessness or housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract performance oversight and compliance across a funded program portfolio.
• Oversee program standards, evaluation and knowledge mobilization.
• Oversee client protection, consent, and reporting requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage senior staff.
