Job summary

A community mental health organization in Toronto is seeking a Supervisor for its Live-In Treatment and Transitional Housing program. This full-time role requires leading front-line staff while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in social work or psychology, robust experience supporting pregnant and parenting adolescents, and demonstrated leadership skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment aimed at promoting growth and resilience among young families. Must be available for on-call duties every few weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting pregnant and parenting adolescents.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in community-based settings.
• Knowledge of infant attachment theory and remedial practices.
