Job summary

WoodGreen Community Services in Toronto is seeking a Housing Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day property operations within a subsidized housing environment. You will oversee tenancy administration, rent processing, and tenant engagement across sites.

Working closely with the Manager, Housing Operations & Community Development, you will implement enhanced tenancy management and community development objectives, supporting residents through regular follow-ups and access to community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social services with street-involved or low-income individuals.
• Understanding of Ontario housing and tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Administrate RGI for all tenants, including income reviews and notifications.
• Facilitate intake management, background checks, leases, and orientation.
• Collect rent, set payment schedules, and follow up on arrears.
• Coordinate with building services to maintain units and facilities.
• Educate tenants on maintenance responsibilities and tenancy agreements.
• Support tenant involvement in housing community and program planning.
