Job summary

Super 8 by Wyndham Regina is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. The role runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays at the Regina location, with immediate start and some flexibility for afternoons.

You will balance daily transactions, assist guests, and maintain security procedures. Strong math, basic accounting, and MS Office proficiency are required; hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory with our comprehensive in-house training.

Qualifications

• Available for immediate start with core availability for Friday and Saturday nights (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Flexibility to pick up afternoon shifts as needed is highly desirable.
• Strong math and basic accounting skills for handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
• Detail oriented, tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency), and capable of working independently.
• Previous hotel experience is an asset, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Night Audit & Finance: Balance daily transactions, process settlements, and generate end-of-day financial reports during your 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
• Guest Services: Greet late-arriving or early-departing guests, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional overnight hospitality.
• Property Safety: Handle overnight requests independently. Follow procedures. Hotel has contracted security patrol for evening & CCTV 24/7.
