Super 8 by Wyndham Regina is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and taking pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete the Super 8 by Wyndham Franchise Training Program.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow established franchise standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Complete in-house training provided by the Front Office Supervisor and Senior Night Auditor.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Have a good understanding of mathematics and basic accounting, including handling cash, balancing payments, and processing guest transactions accurately.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is considered a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
