Job summary

Gibbons Whistler is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Adara Hotel in Whistler, BC. You will lead the housekeeping team, assign rooms, monitor standards, and ensure guest rooms and public areas stay immaculate and welcoming.

You will be hands‑on in daily operations, coordinate staffing within budget, support and train colleagues, and respond to guest requests while maintaining high cleanliness standards in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, safety practices and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily housekeeping tasks and inspect rooms to meet cleanliness standards.
• Schedule team and manage coverage within budget.
• Train and support team members.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping concerns.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate laundry and inventory.
