Responsibilities

As our Guest Service Agent, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences.

Qualifications

You have an upbeat and engaging personality, and a true passion for customer service and the guest experience. You pride yourself on your organizational and communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
