Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead an IHG-branded hotel in Toronto, ON, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to brand standards. This on-site role oversees front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance with a focus on operational excellence.

You will coach and develop hotel teams, manage Budgets and financial reporting, and drive revenue through sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-department hotel operations and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to deliver high guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Experience with sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards in hotels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and adapt to changing needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in hospitality or business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
