Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel.

• Willingness to lead day-to-day operations and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hotel operations to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
• Understand P&L statements and implement strategies for property success.
• Oversee service quality, standards compliance, and financial performance.
• Direct leadership team in development and execution of hotel-wide strategies.
• Ensure daily property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
• Interface with guests to obtain feedback and drive improvements.
• Support sales strategies and revenue management to meet financial goals.
