Job summary

InnVest Hotels GP Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the hotel's restaurant, lounge, banquets, and room dining. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure service excellence, manage priorities, and support event execution.

The role requires 5 years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, coach, train and motivate team members to deliver guest service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and liquor laws.
• Monitor staffing and assist with scheduling to meet needs.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor quality, presentation and service standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Support events, banquets and catering functions as required.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and outlet safety.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and performance management.
