[Client] Toronto hotel seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to drive daily operations across multiple restaurant and bar concepts. You will mentor ~60 staff, manage labor, scheduling, payroll, inventory and expenses while partnering with culinary leadership to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

You will lead initiatives for seasonal menus, promotions and events, build VIP relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B management experience within a hotel, restaurant group or comparable hospitality environment.
• Experience leading high-volume restaurant and bar operations across multiple outlets or concepts.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, engage and develop large, diverse teams.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory control and revenue optimization.
• Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the business.

Aufgaben

• Lead the daily operations of multiple restaurant, bar and dining concepts, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of ~60 colleagues, supported by two Assistant Managers, fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Take ownership of outlet performance, managing labour, scheduling, payroll, inventory and operating expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Work closely with Culinary leadership to deliver outstanding food quality, menu execution and innovative dining experiences.
• Support the introduction of seasonal menus, beverage programs, promotions, entertainment and special events.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests, VIPs and community partners, ensuring service excellence and addressing opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Banquets and other hotel departments to develop and execute successful food and beverage initiatives.
• Recruit, train and mentor team members, creating opportunities for professional growth and future leadership development.
• Monitor guest feedback, service standards and KPIs, implementing initiatives that continually improve performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety, liquor compliance and workplace safety.
