Job summary

The Boulevard Club, a premier private members’ club in Toronto, seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple dining concepts. You’ll manage a high-volume service, mentor supervisors, and own day-to-day operations to deliver outstanding member experiences.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll help with budgeting, training, scheduling, and guest relations, while upholding standards and driving revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Food & Beverage, preferably with supervision and some private club/restaurant/hotel experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and English fluency."

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations across dining outlets to ensure consistent service and exceptional member/guest experiences.
• Coach and support Floor Managers, supervisors, and front-line teams with feedback, training and development.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labour deployment and daily service coverage.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labour management, cost controls and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, accessibility, and employment standards across operations.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other departments to coordinate service, events and menu features.
