You will drive service standards, manage staff, and uphold health and safety while delivering excellent guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proficient in full-service restaurant functions.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Curate an Awesome Guest Experience by following and enforcing systems for consistency in product and service.
• Touch tables, build rapport with guests and perform quality investigations.
• Manage daily operations including comps, voids, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and sign-offs.
• Lead staff through pre-shift meetings, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and uphold company policies.
