Job summary

Revery Curio Collection by Hilton in Toronto's Entertainment District seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations and deliver a standout guest experience.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, staff supervision, training, and driving revenue through catering and promotions while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires leadership and strong English communication. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or health/food handler card as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans; monitor budget and control expenses (food, beverage, and labour).
• Identify additional sales opportunities with catering office to enhance revenue and drive promotions.
• Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled securely.
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and provide mentoring and feedback.
• Educate and train team members on laws, safety regulations, quality and service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction goals are met and respond to questions or requests promptly.
