Job summary

Oso Whistler, a Spanish-inspired tapas restaurant, is seeking Hosts who warmly greet guests and seat them to create an inviting first impression. You will help maintain a lively dining room and ensure guest comfort from arrival to departure.

You will monitor wait lists, communicate with guests, answer phone calls, and support the team during busy periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required.

“Oso” meaning “bear” in Spanish, an homage to Whistler’s wildlife – is open daily and offers a profusion of Spanish-influenced small plates, tapas, and house-made charcuterie. The long, convivial bar is the ultimate place to meet for hand-crafted cocktails and inspired wines.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Hosts have a genuine passion for hospitality and are an integral part of our restaurant; being an ambassador to our standards and culture.By consistently providing a warm welcome and great service, the Host provides a first and last impression to our guests.
