Hospitality Territory Sales and Service Manager

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Hospitality Territory Service and Sales Manager covering Hamilton and the surrounding areas. This outside sales role within our industry-leading Institutional division offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions for customers in the foodservice and hospitality industries. After initial training, you will manage an established customer territory including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities, serving as the face of Ecolab and providing recommendations on cleaning and sanitation processes to ensure a safe and positive guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, strengthening customer relationships
  • Ensure facilities are operational and staff are trained on equipment use
  • Grow sales within existing accounts through training, service, and demonstrations
  • Prospect for new accounts and build Ecolab’s market presence
  • Learn customer systems and develop tailored solutions for cleaning and sanitation
  • Adjust schedule as needed to meet customer needs
Position Details

Cities included: Hamilton (Mountain and Central) and surrounding areas

Weekend coverage: 1 in 6 weekends for emergencies

Overnight trips: None

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred
  • 1+ year outside sales experience
  • Willingness to be on call during off-hours and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No immigration sponsorship available
Physical Demands
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Manipulating heavy items and equipment at least 50% of the time
  • Bending, stretching, climbing, working on ladders at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Industry experience in food service, laundry, hospitality, or pool and spa
  • Mechanical problem-solving skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
