Job summary

Aramark Canada is hiring a Hospitality Attendant to support food and beverage operations at Scotia Centre in Halifax. You will greet guests, assist with guest needs, and help ensure smooth service in a busy venue.

You will handle transactions, balance cash, respond to inquiries, and maintain excellent customer service with the events team.

Some lifting and mobility may be required; the role offers a dynamic hospitality experience at a premier centre.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.

Aramark Sports + Entertainment is looking to hire a hospitality attendant to support the food and beverage operations at the Scotia Centre - home to Halifax Mooseheads. We're looking for a ?hospitality attendant? because ?Being Awesome? isn't a job title we can use.

The perfect recipe for a Hospitality Attendant on our team? A bit of sugar and spice, and a pinch of everything nice! Our best hospitality attendant is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. You love greeting guests, solving problems, and are great at keeping track of operations. You'll be responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash, and providing the best-of-the-best in customer service.
