Job summary

Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers is seeking a Client & Volunteer Services Coordinator in Beamsville, ON. This hands-on, relationship-focused role supports clients, families and volunteers, coordinating programs and ensuring compassionate hospice care in the community.

You’ll work with the Executive Director and team to match volunteers with clients, coach volunteers, and connect families with bereavement resources.

Qualifications

• Combination of education, experience and heart/judgment to work with people in challenging moments.
• RN/RPN/SSW/SW background considered an asset if applicable.
• Graduate of Community College Volunteer Management Certificate or equivalent with at least three years of volunteer management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and programs to support hospice care in the community.
• Work with Executive Director, volunteers, clients and families to ensure compassionate, responsive service.
• Match volunteers to clients and coach volunteers through challenging situations.
• Coordinate community programs and welcome new volunteers.
• Connect families with bereavement resources and expand partnerships.
