Qualifications
3-5 years experience developing and delivering bereavement support.
Member in good standing with relevant Ontario colleges.
Experience in End-of-Life Care and Palliative Care is an asset.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized and group-based support to caregivers and families.
Conduct ongoing grief assessments and deliver appropriate grief interventions.
Offer anticipatory grief support and guide individuals through loss.
