Brookfield Residential in Calgary is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to manage service administration and act as the primary contact for homeowner inquiries about closing and post-possession concerns.

Under the Customer Care Manager, you will coordinate daily site activities, process and track service tickets, and liaise with trades, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a service administrative role or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central information point within the service teams.
• Create, monitor and report on Customer Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize workload and follow up with trades, suppliers, and customers.
• Communicate with customers, managers, technicians and coordinators.
• Handle inbound calls and reduce voicemail by timely responses.
• Follow up on emails and web portal inquiries within 4 hours.
• Prepare service files and Warranty packages.
