Job summary

Brookfield Residential is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator in Calgary to manage service-related duties and act as the primary contact for homeowner inquiries about closing and post-possession concerns. The role involves coordinating day-to-day site activities, processing and tracking service tickets, and reporting on progress under the Customer Care Manager.

You will liaise with homeowners, trades, and condo corporations, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and high standards

Qualifications

• 3 years in a service administrative role or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central information point within the service teams.
• Create, monitor and report on Customer Service Work Orders for interior, exterior and seasonal deficiencies.
• Prioritize workload, follow-up with trades, suppliers, technicians and customers to ensure timely completion.
• Recommend administrative actions to solve problems.
• Facilitate communications among customers, managers, technicians and coordinators.
• Ensure incoming service calls are answered promptly and logged for follow-up.
