Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Professional in Bathurst, NB to initiate prescribed respiratory therapy in-office or at client homes.

The role includes assessment, education, documentation and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance, with promotion to referral sources. Ideal candidates are RRTs or RNs with registration, plus at least 2 years of related experience; homecare and sales experience are assets.

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a busy workload.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and travel for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and in clients’ homes, with education and follow-up.
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment in clients’ homes.
• Conduct in-home visits including long-distance travel and office consultations.
• Provide in-service training to community partners on respiratory equipment.
• Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and healthcare communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed; participate in on-call rotation.
