Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager - Healthcare to identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting physicians and referral sources to promote respiratory care products and services across Atlantic Canada.

The role includes in-home therapy initiation, education, and documentation to ensure equipment performance and client compliance. You will train and support partners, collaborate with internal teams, and travel to client homes and offices.

Qualifications

• You are a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN, RPN, LPN) with current, valid registration.
• Completed post-secondary education.
• You have experience in the healthcare industry with a working knowledge of home healthcare equipment and clinical services.
• Prior sales and marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting key physicians and referral sources to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with community partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets.
• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
• Deliver and exchange equipment in clients’ homes, which may involve heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs and long-distance travel.
• Conduct in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources while performing all duties in compliance with safety standards.
• Support the training and development of new employees as needed and participate in a regular on-call rotation.
