Job summary

Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., is seeking a Respiratory Therapy professional to initiate prescribed respiratory therapy in our offices and client homes. You will assess, educate, document, and follow up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance, while delivering and exchanging equipment as needed.

You will conduct in-home visits, long-distance travel, and in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients, plus lead in-service training and promote Medigas

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration.
• Minimum 2 years related experience; homecare and sales assets are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a busy workload.
• High attention to detail, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Clear driving record and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as defined by health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and clients' homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up.
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment in clients' homes, lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Conduct in-home visits and in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with community partners.
• Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and within the medical community.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Ensure safety and company policy compliance; support training and on-call rotation.
