Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Clinical Respiratory Consultant to deliver respiratory services, including oxygen therapy, CPAP setup, and sleep diagnostics, while liaising with physicians and funding sources to ensure top-quality patient care. The role requires strong assessment skills, licensing as an RRT or RN/RPN/LPN, and the ability to work on-call with travel within New Glasgow area.

Fluent English; French a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed respiratory professional with strong cardio-respiratory assessment skills.
• Knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and CPAP therapy required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical home healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive respiratory services including oxygen therapy and sleep diagnostics.
• Initiate and manage CPAP therapy and ensure patient education on equipment use.
• Coordinate with physicians, funding agencies, and clients for high-quality care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call schedule and branch quality improvement.
