Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; related degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant banking or customer service experience.
• IFC accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• CFSA certification to be completed within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience in-branch with a focus on home borrowing.
• Promote Real Estate Secured Lending products and related TDCT services.
• Ask questions to uncover needs and bring in experts for complex requests.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance and build customer confidence.
• Act as a branch SME for banking products, policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional branch spaces and adhere to guidelines.
• Proactively reach out to customers to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities.
• Stay informed on local market trends to support advice given to customers.
• Document accurately and retain records per policy.
• Contribute to team goals and drive growth through referrals and new business.
