Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Senior Personal Banker - Home Borrowing Trainee in Calgary. You will deliver personalized home borrowing advice, leverage TD’s Real Estate Secured Lending products, and drive customer loyalty through sound financial planning and responsive service.

You will build local market knowledge, engage customers proactively, and coordinate with colleagues to provide comprehensive banking solutions while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Canadian banking and investments.
• CFSA certification to be completed within 6 months of start date.
• IFC accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent, exceptional customer experience in the branch with focus on home borrowing advice.
• Bring deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending and TDCT products to advise customers.
• Ask clarifying questions and connect customers with experts as needed.
• Proactively outreach to clients via phone/email to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
