Job summary

Innomar Strategies Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Canada-based clinical services team.

The role involves administering medications in home or specialty clinic settings, supporting IV therapies, and ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety in collaboration with physicians and care teams. You will educate patients, monitor treatments, and travel within designated IBUs to support program protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional license/registration required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience with IV therapy is an asset.
• ACLS/PALs/MS and CVAA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (IM, SC, IV) in home or clinic settings.
• Support/monitor IV infusion treatments in clinic/homecare.
• Provide patient education per program protocols.
• Coordinate with clinical, reimbursement, and logistics partners to ensure care continuity.
• Travel within designated IBUs as needed.
