Job summary

Cencora Canada is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient and provider coordination for Innomar Strategies’ clinical services. The role involves direct patient care in home and clinic settings, education, and meticulous documentation in line with program protocols.

The position requires a nursing license in the applicable jurisdiction, a bachelor’s degree, and CPR certification; ACLS/PALS assets are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
• Professional nursing license/registration in applicable jurisdiction required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/MS CVAA assets considered plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (IM, SC and IV) in home or specialty clinic settings.
• Support/monitor IV infusion treatments in clinic or homecare settings.
• Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and document per protocols.
• Provide patient education based on program protocols.
• Report adverse events and product complaints per policies.
• Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians and scheduling.
• Perform monthly clinic audits, supply ordering and other duties as assigned.
• Participate in team web-based meetings to maintain professional standards.
• Travel to clinics and homecare appointments to meet needs.
