Innomar is seeking an experienced Field & Infusion Nurse (RN) to support Winnipeg clinics and homecare. The role involves administering medications in patients' homes as well as in specialty clinics, with travels across IBUs to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion or related areas, a valid RN license, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organization are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• RN license or equivalent certification required.
• 6+ years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
• Assess and monitor pre- and post-infusion treatments per program protocols.
• Complete documentation per policies and College of Nurses and ISO accreditation standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on products and program protocols, individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events and product complaints per training and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet appointment and treatment timelines.
• Communicate with patients to set up appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to maintain professional practice standards.
• Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
• Follow all SOPs and safety standards.
