Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver routine to moderately complex clinical services in home or clinic settings.

You will coordinate with care teams to ensure timely treatments and thorough documentation, while adhering to program protocols and safety standards. The role requires a nursing license, IV therapy experience is a plus, and willingness to travel within the IBU region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience with IV therapy is an asset
• Current provincial nursing license/registration required
• Ability to travel within geographical boundary
• Strong customer service and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (IM, SC and IV as applicable)
• Support/monitor IV infusion treatments in clinic/homecare
• Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and document findings
• Provide patient education per protocols
• Report adverse events per policies
• Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling and other departments
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Consult with physicians/clients on education programs
• Perform clerical duties like clinic audits and supply ordering
