Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver clinical services in Canada, supporting IV infusions and patient education across homecare and clinic settings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and care teams, documenting activities, and traveling within designated IBUs to meet patient needs. Requires nursing licensure and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level nursing degree and active nursing licensure required.
• Registration with provincial licensing body; CPR certification expected.
• Experience in clinical services, care coordination or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in home or clinic settings as prescribed.
• Support/monitor IV therapies in clinic or homecare settings.
• Monitor post-injection/infusion activities and document per protocol.
• Educate patients individually or in groups on treatment plans.
• Report adverse events per training and policies.
• Coordinate with clinical, reimbursement, and logistics teams to ensure timely care.
• Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and safety regulations.
