ParaMed in Toronto, ON is seeking a Care and Service Manager (CSM) to lead clinical supervisors and frontline staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care. You will mentor staff, monitor care delivery, and oversee CQI activities to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

This replacement position requires RN or RPN license, leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of health care legislation.

Qualifications

• Registration/licensing in good standing as an RN or RPN.
• BScN preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a formal nursing leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing RN/RPN in a community setting.
• Knowledge of health care legislation including Mental Health Act and Privacy acts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical supervisors and front line staff in care delivery.
• Monitor care and service delivery performance and clinical indicators.
• Participate in interviewing, orientation, supervision, and performance management.
• Ensure completion of mandatory training and skill development.
• Create and maintain on-call schedule for clinical Supervisors.
• Respond to clinical concerns from staff, contractors, funders, clients and families.
• Review client safety incidents and participate in investigations and resolutions.
• Provide clinical leadership at the district level.
• Oversee CQI activities related to care and service.
• Ensure compliance with ParaMed policies, procedures and legal requirements.
