Zusammenfassung

ParaMed is hiring a Care and Service Manager to lead clinical supervisors and front-line teams in delivering high-quality home health care across Ontario. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making to support patients and families in diverse communities.

You will coach supervisors, monitor care quality, and ensure mandatory training while coordinating on-call coverage and collaborating with multidisciplinary partners.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed healthcare professional in good standing with the applicable college.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or home care.
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Substitute Decisions Act, Healthcare Consent Act, Privacy/PHIA and related laws.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (within past 12 months).

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor clinical supervisors on overseeing care delivery and supporting frontline staff and patients and families.
• Monitor care delivery performance and clinical indicators.
• Ensure completion of mandatory training and manage on-call schedule for Clinical Supervisors.
• Review client safety incidents and participate in investigations and resolution.
• Provide clinical leadership district-wide and oversee CQI activities.
