Prairie Mountain Health seeks a Home Care Scheduling Clerk III to manage client visit scheduling and related administrative duties for the Home Care Direct Service Staff. You will coordinate assignments and optimize service delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires organization, confidentiality, and strong communication skills, with experience in scheduling systems and adherence to privacy legislation.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline relevant to the position.
• Two (2) years experience providing customer service in a professional setting.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a staff scheduling capacity (Procura or QHR) in a collective agreement environment.
• One (1) year related administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintains individual employee schedules in the Electronic Scheduling Program.
• Responds to service requests and changes in services from the Home Care Case Coordinator and/or Direct Service Nurse.
• Processes service requests according to priority through consultation with Home Care Case Coordinator and/or DSN.
• Provides assigned worker with assignment information.
• Notifies assigned worker of resumption and/or termination of service.
