• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
• Experience with in-home assessments and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and establish treatment goals and discharge plans.
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical records according to professional standards.
• Collaborate with health team and provide education to clients and caregivers.
