Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide insurance advice by phone, helping clients protect what matters most. You will build relationships, perform personalized needs assessments, and guide customers to suitable home and auto solutions while collaborating with RBC partners to meet team sales goals.

The role requires Quebec Damage Insurance and Ontario General Insurance licenses, bilingual English and French, excellent communication, and flexibility to

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and Ontario General Insurance License for Other Provinces.
• Bilingual English and French required for regular client service.
• High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages.
• Exceptional customer service with strong relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operation hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–8:30pm).
• Digital literacy across devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact, building relationships.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home & auto policies.
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients.
• Collaborate with partners to work as one RBC team.
