Job summary

LCBO in Erin, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for on-site roles during the holiday season. You will process transactions, support customers, and participate in campaigns while keeping the store organized and safe.

The role runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026, with various shifts including weekends. Prioritize customer experience and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and keep the store clean, organized and safe.

About the Role:

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
