Job summary

The LCBO in Angus, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for on-site work at 7 Commerce Road. The role runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026, with shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and additional weekday opportunities as store needs dictate.

You’ll operate the POS system, assist customers, and support campaigns while keeping the store clean and safe. Compensation is CAD 20.82 per hour, with paid online training to help you confidently assist shoppers during the

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
