Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to assist customers in Ontario stores during the holiday season. You will be on-site, operate the POS system, and contribute to a positive shopping experience from Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2026.

Training is provided and opportunities to learn about wines, beers, ciders and spirits are included. Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system to provide an outstanding experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep shelves organized and safe.
• Assist during holiday season from Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2026.
• Encourage donations for Spirit of Sustainability.
• Lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg repeatedly while standing.

About the Role:

You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
