Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for our Ontario stores during the holiday season. On-site roles include training and exposure to wine, beer, cider and spirits as you help customers with their shopping from November 16 to December 31, 2026.

You will work with a POS system, assist with donations, and participate in customer experience campaigns, while supporting inventory and store upkeep. Physical lifting up to 40 lbs is required and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.
• Availability: Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Holiday period availability in December (25, 26, 31).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS system and deliver outstanding service.
• Accept donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, keep store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly while standing.

About the Role:

Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You:

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability:

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
