Job summary

LCBO in Strathroy, Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming peak season. You will work on-site, providing friendly service at the POS, assisting with inventory, and supporting campaigns while upholding safety and store standards.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights repeatedly while standing for long periods.

About the Role

You will be working on-site. #LI-OnSite
Reporting to the StoreManager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.

• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.

• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean,organizedand safe for all.

• Liftcases ofvarious sizesand weights(up to 40 lbs./18 kg)repeatedlywhilestanding forlong periodsof time.

About You

• Comfortablesupporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

• Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. – Close).

• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hourshift).

Holiday Availability

• Christmas Day (December 25).

• Boxing Day (December 26).

• New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additionalwork may be available during the week (Monday – Thursday), based on store needs.

• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
