Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the upcoming shopping season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site in our retail stores, greeting customers and guiding them through the purchase of wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You will operate the Point-of-Sale system, assist with stock, face products, and support sustainability campaigns while staying safe and friendly.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• At least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS system and ensure a positive experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves.
• Lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg and work standing for long periods.
