Job summary

Team Town Sports is seeking a Service Technician to assess and advise on maintenance and servicing of customer equipment. You will set up and repair gear, provide quotes, and stay current with new equipment and fitting techniques.

You should be passionate about the sports we play and the equipment we carry, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Previous customer service or shop experience is an asset.

• Maintain all shop equipment and service area.
• Provide appropriate quotes for services provided.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.
• Stay up to date on new equipment and fitting and maintenance techniques.

What You'll Do;
