Job summary

Sporting Life is a leading Canadian sports lifestyle retailer focused on outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment. We are seeking a Service Shop Technician to advise and solve maintenance needs for customers’ equipment including bikes, skis and snowboards.

You will assemble/disassemble bicycles, service gear, and ensure proper documentation while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Service Shop Technician

As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's equipment, including skis, snowboards, bicycles and racquet stringing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles
• Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing
• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.
