Since 1988, MCL has provided housing, support, and services to people with disabilities so they can build meaningful lives in their communities. As they continue to grow their impact across Nova Scotia, the HRS will play a key role in designing and delivering a standardized, efficient, and scalable recruitment function across the organization.
