Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Ontario preferred) with a Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex transportation projects including MTO highway design and P3 delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highway design solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects that improve safety and efficiency across Ontario.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of MTO projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client expectations and project milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and partners to align project goals with community needs.
• Drive proposal development and cost estimates for high-profile projects, including P3 and alternative delivery models.
• Mentor and guide engineers and coordinators, fostering knowledge transfer and professional growth.
