Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• OR Associate's degree with 1+ year of technical or related work experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of technical or related work experience.
• Minimum of Diploma in Electrical Technician or Technology.
• Ability to debug, repair, solder, and manual assembly of PCB.
• Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, signal analyzers, VNAs, and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Characterize SerDes devices with hardware bench setups and measurements.
• Maintain equipment calibration and lab safety; manage lab logistics.
• Develop and support Python automation scripts for device testing and lab instrumentation control.
• Procure lab equipment and materials; coordinate with team and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain lab documentation and user guides.
