Job summary

Synopsys Canada ULC is seeking a dynamic leader to drive end-to-end development of high-speed SerDes PHY IP solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver differentiated IP products that power leading edge SoCs.

You excel at defining roadmaps, managing risks, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope, with strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in integrated circuit design, ASIC development, or project engineering management.
• Comprehensive understanding of mixed-signal and digital design principles, with hands-on experience in IC design and verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, leading cross-functional design teams to deliver high-speed SerDes PHY IP solutions.
• Drive and direct engineering teams in strategic and tactical dimensions, including defining IP product roadmaps with R&D and Marketing.
• Identify and secure resources to ensure timely project deliverables and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Oversee risk management and change control from conception to customer delivery.
• Engage in pre- and post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
